Curb-Side Veterinary Care Procedures:
Thank you for placing your trust in our medical team. We have compiled a list below to explain how our curb-side procedures work, and what you should expect when coming to the hospital while we follow COVID-19 guidelines. Our procedure outlined below explains what to do/what to expect when you arrive for your pet’s appointment.
You are Here for your Pet’s Appointment
Please be sure that all dogs are securely leashed and that all cats are safely in a carrier when exiting your vehicle.
When you Arrive:
- When you arrive, please park your car and text us with your space number (or the make/model/color) of your car, your pet’s first and last name, and the department or doctor you have an appointment with.
- You will have been asked prior to your appointment to fill out a Client Questionnaire and a COVID symptoms questionnaire, if you haven’t, a member of our team will ask you to do so, then triage your pet.
- A member of our team will be out to take your pet in for their appointment.
- Your pet’s doctor will call you following their examination of your pet.
